A perfect Friday night out for yogis & yoginis!  Join us for a vinyasa practice taught by Marta Weinstock set to the live music of Samantha, Heather & Jonah -our Santa Cruz musicians from the Yoga & Sound Healing workshop.  Their vocal and instrumental harmonies will provide the setting and Marta will bring the inspiration while we flow through a vinyasa sequence. The practice will be followed with a brief kirtan (chanting) session, bringing our voices together for a blend of community and meditation.

Talya Lutzger is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Professional Chef and the founder of Talya’s Kitchen, an organic, nutrition oriented catering business. Specializing in Ayuvedic nutrition since, 2002, Talya offers food preparation, nutritional education, and tranformational cooking that makes shopping and eating an ongoing exploration for the taste buds.  At this workshop you will:
- Learn about the ancient Indian tradition of Ayurveda
- Discover what foods are best for your body type
- Find out how culinary spices already in your kitchen can make the difference for long term digestive health
- Learn the simplest 15 minute recipe that will positively change your diet and life forever!

We’ll be doing a cooking demonstration where Talya will show techniques for many healthful recipes.  Most of all, we’ll have fun and leave inspired to make healthy, great tasting, easy to prepare food.
