Netra Basti
50 minutes - $80
Nourishing for the eyes and nervous system netra basti improves vision, removes eye strain and relaxes the muscles of the face and scalp.  Ghee is used to massage and stimulate accupressure points of the scalp, eyes and face.  You must experience this to believe how amazing it is!

Often called “lazy mans yoga”, this just feels great.  An ancient bodywork practice, Thai massage uses accupressure, stretching, and rocking to balance and harmonize the body.  Leaving you both relaxed and energized your session will relieve tension, improve range of motion, and stimulate circulation in your physical and energetic systems.

A perfect balance to the power vinyasa yoga classes on our schedule, the “yoga of surrender” uses little muscular strength, gently stretching your body and calming your mind.  Blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters may be used as props throughout the class.
