Netra Basti

Nourishing for the eyes and nervous system netra basti improves vision, removes eye strain and relaxes the muscles of the face and scalp. Ghee is used to massage and stimulate accupressure points of the scalp, eyes and face. You must experience this to believe how amazing it is!

A perfect balance to the power vinyasa yoga classes on our schedule, the “yoga of surrender” uses little muscular strength, gently stretching your body and calming your mind. Blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters may be used as props throughout the class.

“Fit Mamas” Prenatal Yoga
Are you pregnant and wondering where to start in your birthing preparation? “Fit Mamas” Prenatal Yoga is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. This practice is a mindfulness-based, Vinyasa flow class. You will release daily stresses, bring focus to your connection with your baby, learn breathing techniques to use during labor and delivery and build confidence. You are encouraged to check with your doctor or midwife before beginning any prenatal yoga program.
